Bethlehem Project

Our scope of works for this project included surveying and setting out, site cleaning, groundwork, drainage installation, sewage systems, utility works, renovations, meter walls, road crossings, concrete pavements, road markings, traffic signage, and site supervision. We ensured precision and quality in every phase to meet the highest standards.

The Morgan Resort Pool Renovation

The Morgan’s pool renovation involved upgrading the existing pool structure, including demolishing the old liner, performing groundworks, and installing reinforced concrete slabs with added microfibers for durability. Waterproofing was applied at key connections to ensure longevity. The project also included creating better access from the slide area, managing debris removal, and maintaining quality through dedicated site supervision.

GEBE Office Renovation

This project includes removing external wall façade panels, metal brackets, and insulation, then installing plywood, roof felt, insulation, and standing seam roof sheets. The screed on a small concrete roof will be replaced with waterproof screed. Electrical outlets, lights, and cameras will be temporarily removed and reinstalled, with wiring embedded in the walls. Windowsills will be adjusted to maintain a 25mm gap from the plaster. A concrete beam will be installed around the building, and any façade damage will be repaired. Finally, plasterwork, painting, and the installation of new drainpipes and gutters will complete the renovation.

Indigo Bay Drainage Works

This project involves comprehensive storm drainage works, including the installation of various drainage systems and pipelines. Key activities include constructing pits trench grates, and rip-rap outlets, as well as installing 300mm to 800mm PVC pipes. We also constructed a retaining wall and executed necessary groundwork and site management. The project encompasses the supply of pipes and fittings and includes the supervision and coordination of various site tasks, ensuring high-quality, timely completion. The project will be carried out over a 70-day period, with careful attention to detail and adherence to schedule.
