NEC Warehouse à This project encompasses the complete groundwork and structural foundation for a new warehouse. It includes the construction of a reinforced concrete foundation and floor, the installation of robust concrete walls, and the erection of a steel structure to support the building. In addition to these primary elements, the scope covers essential infrastructure works such as utility connections and drainage systems, along with extensive groundwork to prepare the site for the upcoming stages of construction. The foundation work ensures a stable and durable base, ready for the development of the entire structure.
This project involves extensive earthworks, including the removal of soil covering existing slabs, excavation for maintenance pavement, foundation slabs, ring beams, and drainage verges. The scope includes the installation of a concrete water tank foundation, complete with sand/soil cement compaction, reinforcement, formwork, and multiple ring beam depths. The project also covers fiber concrete pavement installation around the tank, access areas, and drainage curbs, as well as the construction and repair of perimeter fencing, including gates, posts, and painting. Additionally, the project involves excavation, soil cement, and installation of PVC pipes and suction lines, with detailed as-built drawings to be prepared. Adjustments in quantities may occur based on design differences verified by the geotechnical engineer, with all work being conducted in accordance with SAAB guidelines and project specifications.
