Infrastructural works on the Island Territory of Saba
Funded by the 9th EDF, Windward Roads executed the infrastructure in the "Under the Hill" area.
This project entailed the excavation and road construction on a steep hillside.
Retaining walls in traditional rock work were build together with foundations and cisterns for the future housing project.
The construction of a grey water tank and the extension of a water catchment in The Bottom were part of the scope of works.
