Philipsburg Boardwalk Phase 1 & 2
Windward Roads realized in 2003 and 2005 the construction of the boardwalk along the Great Bay in Philipsburg.
This Design & Build project included the installation of sheet piles with caping beam along the beach side and the instalation of colored concrete pavement.
Various alleys were upgraded within the scope of works.
Nowadays the boardwalk is one of the major tourist routes in Philipsburg.
